Our promise

As your food is only prepared and cooked when we receive your order, we aim to get it to you as soon as possible. For 24hr to 72hr delivery periods, the food is cooled down quickly in minutes, as soon as it is cooked, to lock in the texture and flavours with no need for any form of preservatives. The food is then delivered to you ensuring it gets to you in perfect condition ready to eat,  go in your fridge, freezer, oven or microwave.

We charge for delivery anywhere in mainland UK and this is calculated using your postcode area. Please use our postcode checker below to view the delivery options for your area.

We currently only offer deliveries on weekdays, Tuesdays through Saturdays. We will contact you to arrange before we prepare your order if you indicate at checkout. We advice that you are available or make arrangements for your order to be recieved. Alternatively, you do need however to fill out the ‘delivery instructions’ box at the checkout so that the delivery driver knows where is a safe place to put it, or which neighbor to leave it with.

Click & Collect

We do not currently offer this service but we are working hard to start in the near future. We will inform you as soon as the click and collect service begins.

Same day delivery

Our same day delivery service means we can get your food delivered to your door by 8pm, if we receive your order by 11am on the same day

At the moment, this service only covers selected postcodes. We hope to expand this service to all postcodes in the future.

24hr – 72Hr Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 72hrs of receipt of order. We will contact you as soon as possible if your order is scheduled for longer than a 24hr period.
