Ayamase is a blended mixture of green peppers and chilies fried in palm oil, fermented melon seeds and a mix of Forks & Fingers herbs and spices. It is cooked with boiled eggs, small chunks of beef, cow foot and tripe. This set meal is served with plain white rice and a choice of adding a portion of fried plantain (Dodo) . Can also be enjoyed with any other rice dish.
